it's nice and sunny out, and i would really like to go to a coffee shop and sit out in the sun while reading the sunday paper. i would usually go to the starbucks nearby that has a big sunny patio, but it's in the mall where in a few hours, they will be holding the oscars. so clearly going there is out of the question, and i'm concerned i need to just get out of the area and stay out if i have any hope of making it to an oscar party later.

from my balcony, i could spit on cars parked by oscar attendees. that is so weird.
